Dear ZinaBelle customers,

We would like to inform you that due to the current labor shortage, we have had to make some changes to our reservation and cancellation procedures to ensure that we can maintain an adequate level of service for the all of our customers.

In order to allow us to offer you the best service, we have set up an optimal cancellation AND reservation system. Help us to satisfy you and provide impeccable service to all those around you by respecting the following points:

  • Arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on your appointment. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee full treatment.

  • Send us your email to receive details of the chosen treatment by email

  • Your mobile number to receive the time of your appointment by text message

  • We take cancellations free of charge when you respect the cancellation policy. This allows us to offer the time slot to another person who also wishes to receive treatment.

ZinaBelle Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance of the appointment time:

  • The deposit is 100% refundable: the same day of cancellation only if the cancellation policy is respected.

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours for medical reasons: We offer a 50% discount on your next appointment (upon presentation of a doctor's prescription)

  • Group reservations for 2 personnes and plus: Cancellation 1 week in advance to notify the technicians.

ZinaBelle Reservation Policy

100% payment of the price 48* hours in advance for reservations:

  1. Which require 1 hour or more of care

  2. Which require more than one technician

  3. Meeting after 6:00 p.m.

  4. Appointment Monday & Tuesday (open to groups only),

  5. Meeting Friday, Saturdays and Sundays

  6. Appointment including Hammam

 

*The ultimate goal of this policy is to allow all our customers to have the most choice when making appointments and respond to their requests according to their availability.

Payment Policy for Reservation at ZinaBelle:

  1. Interact e-Transfer; email address: zinabelle.directrice@gmail.com Reply: director (lower case)       OR

  2. Credit card (we enter the information in our secure appointment booking system)

IMPORTANT: We offer Naturopathy consultations for Healthy Weight Management as well as Medical-Aesthetic treatments, Massage Therapy and cures including the ZinaBelle hammam. See different sections on our website: https://www.zinabelle.com

NB: If you have private insurance you will receive a massage therapy receipt for the massage treatment and a Naturopathy receipt for the Naturopathy consultation.

Tranquility and Well-Being Policy

We have a policy of not disturbing the tranquility and well-being of the client during their treatment:

  • children under 4 years old cannot enter the ZinaBelle Clinic.

  • Children aged 4 and over must be under parental supervision at all times at reception (Snack).

  •  The phone must also be turned off.

 

The goal is to offer an experience to our customers in a captivating setting; a beautiful experience of relaxation for body and mind in a clean and secure space.
